Prime beef is what A Hereford Beefstouw is all about. We live and breathe for it and have made it a point of honour to offer our costumers the best prime beef in the world.
At the moment, we import our beef from Australia, New Zealand and Uruguay. However, no matter which country of origin, our beef always carries the distinguished Hilton-Classification, thus guaranteeing the highest possible quality.
It is also important to keep in mind that our beef has never been frozen, which causes a loss of juiciness and taste. The beef comes from 24 to 30 month-old steers of the Hereford or Angus breeds - grass-fed only. This ensures a rich and savoury taste.
