The restaurant in Copenhagen's airport shut down on Monday 12 March 2012, from that day onwards, we can unfortunately no longer serve the travelers.
Right in the middle of the busy Copenhagen Airport, A Hereford Beefstouw lies as a quiet oasis. The rustic interior and the calm of the restaurant are in direct contrast to the hectic activities of the busy airport. The restaurant is situated on the first floor . For obvious reasons, there are no paintings on the glass walls, but they are decorated with a number of pieces of acryllic art made by Sven Dalsgaard. Peter Stuhr, one of Dalsgaard’s former students from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, has contributed to the decor with a number of sculptures. Apart from this, the restaurant has the traditional A Hereford Beefstouw salad bar and grill. Even so, the restaurant at Copenhagen Airport differs significantly from the other A Hereford Beefstouw restaurants, primarily because of the airport’s busy pulse.
On 11th January 2007, the restaurant expanded by 46 to a total of 120 seats.
